Leveraging their proven expertise in international operations, the company quickly positioned itself as a specialist provider of full-service heavy jet ferry operations.
AetherWing delivers comprehensive heavy jet ferry solutions worldwide, supporting aircraft owners, manufacturers, leasing companies, and operators. Our experienced ferry pilots, each with thousands of hours on wide-body and long-range jets, are experts in complex oceanic crossings, ETOPS procedures, international regulatory compliance, and remote airfield operations. From meticulous pre-ferry planning and permitting to safe, on-time delivery, we handle every aspect of relocating heavy jets across continents and oceans.

Jack
Chief Flight Operations Officer
With extensive experience in aircraft and crew management, Jack ensures flawless execution of every mission. Jack has flown for Emirates, British Airways, and Hebridean and has over 14,000 hours in various types of aircraft.
Jack has extensive experience in ferry services globally and is a widely respected aviation speaker and writer.
Jack lives in London, UK with his wife Jennifer and their two sons, Jeremy and Trevor.
Mike
Chief Pilot
Globally respected in the industry for his strategic approach and commitment to safety, excellence and regulatory compliance, Mike has over 16,000 hours on various types of aircraft. Mike spent 20 years with British Airways and served with NATO’s mission in Afghanistan as a civilian ISAF pilot.
Mike is rated PIC on the Boeing 737, 747-800 (ACP), 777, and 787-9/X (ACP). He is also PIC rated on the Airbus A330, A340, and A350.
Mike will also be leading our Global 8000 operations team (August 2026).
Mike lives in Devonshire, UK with his partner Lily.
Ludmilla
Lead Safety Engineer
Ludmilla has focused on maintaining the highest safety standards through innovative aviation technologies for over 20 years.
Ludmilla holds a D.Phil. from Oxford in Aerospace Engineering and has held positions at NASA and the ESA.
An avid private pilot, Ludmilla owns a Cessna 207 and is often seen at airshows in her vintage Hawker Hurricane.
Ludmilla lives in West Sussex, UK with her partner Don and their two children.
